And thanks for stopping by! My work reflects my desire to add some whimsy, enchantment and beauty to the world. It is my way of sharing a bit of my heart. I love the laughter and smiles, but I am also drawn to the quiet, intimate moments that are filled with emotion. My goal is to capture the essence of your wedding day, all the little things that come together to paint the big picture.

welcome to my blog...

I feel so bad that I missed February’s post! I even have all the photos, I just never got around to posting it. Eep. I’ll have to do that soon, but here is March’s first. One of the first things that caught my interest about Sam is that he plays the piano. He has never been formally trained, but he is able to improvise /way/ better than I can, despite 11 or so years of piano lessons. I love that he just sits down at the piano whenever he has a bit of spare time (often when he’s trying to avoid other tasks!) and will start playing randomly–sometimes old classics that he remixes a little, sometimes just chords and notes that sound good together. I took the chance this past weekend to get a few photos with him, partly because the piano is in front of a floor to ceiling window, and partly because I just wanted to! So here is a little glimpse into our lives, because this scene happens at least once a week! 🙂
