And thanks for stopping by! My work reflects my desire to add some whimsy, enchantment and beauty to the world. It is my way of sharing a bit of my heart. I love the laughter and smiles, but I am also drawn to the quiet, intimate moments that are filled with emotion. My goal is to capture the essence of your wedding day, all the little things that come together to paint the big picture.
Okay, I’m going to admit this is probably going to be a post overloaded with Sam’s cousin’s daughter, because she was just the cutest thing. At 15 months, she was just on the verge of walking (actually, she took her first unassisted steps a couple days after we left the Cape!) and had so much personality!
Sam’s mom bought this frilly pink dress for her, so Sasha brought it along to dress her up in on Friday night. Unfortunately, it doesn’t have a zipper or a button at the back, so it was a bit of a tight fit getting it over her head and there were a few tears.
She was a total daddy’s girl and loved seeing “wee-os” (videos) and photos! So a selfie with daddy was pretty much the best!
For some reason, she also really liked chewing on a whole lemon, haha!
This was Sasha’s reaction to her happily eating the rind of a lemon. 😛
Sam’s grandma wanted photos with us, so I took the chance to pull out the tripod and get photos of everyone else too!
It was a perfect evening to wrap up the week on the Cape.
