And thanks for stopping by! My work reflects my desire to add some whimsy, enchantment and beauty to the world. It is my way of sharing a bit of my heart. I love the laughter and smiles, but I am also drawn to the quiet, intimate moments that are filled with emotion. My goal is to capture the essence of your wedding day, all the little things that come together to paint the big picture.
Whew! Just scraping by and getting this post up for you guys. Sorry it’s been quiet this week! I was planning on writing up a bunch of blog posts over the weekend, but we were up in Tahoe and Sam convinced me to ski not just one day, but two. I’ll post about that soon because, yeah. It’s been a good ten+ years since I have skied! I’ve been holding on to these photos for about a month now, so I figured it was time to share. I have shown a few on Instagram and Facebook, so some of you may know that my sister got another puppy last month! Peyton is an adorable Yorkshire Terrier puppy who was just over 2 lbs when we went to pick her up. I haven’t seen her since, so she’s probably a good 4 lbs by now, haha! She was very, very cuddly and pretty much just wanted to be next to someone at all times… except for when she was awake and riled up and just wanted to bite everything, including her brother. My sister’s other pup, Brady, was less thrilled about the new arrival. By the end of the week, he started warming up to her though! It was fun seeing them play tug of war together with his rope toy. And yes, Peyton is named after Peyton Manning and Brady is named after Tom Brady. Arthur is a BIG football fan.
