And thanks for stopping by! My work reflects my desire to add some whimsy, enchantment and beauty to the world. It is my way of sharing a bit of my heart. I love the laughter and smiles, but I am also drawn to the quiet, intimate moments that are filled with emotion. My goal is to capture the essence of your wedding day, all the little things that come together to paint the big picture.
Apparently I can’t handle not having some sort of project! I just finished up some calligraphed envelopes for Kristin.. and was telling Chris the night before I mailed them off that I was looking forward to having extra time to just relax, watch TV, take photos, edit photos, finish organizing my new apartment… The next morning I logged into CM and noticed that Megan Cieloha was calling for images for submission from MNLI (Mastering Natural Light Indoors — a class I just finished up on Sunday) and asked for watermarked images with a link to a website/blog. So here I am starting a new project — a blog that I totally want to learn how to customize myself! Haha! I have several tutorials on learning HTML and CSS saved (can’t be too much harder than C or C++, right?) and am hoping that I’ll be able to study them while I’m in Australia!
Things I have in the works currently…
I’ll leave you with my final image from MNLI (and also my first image from AoO)
