I’ve been dying to share this incredible, intimate at home engagement session with you for months now! This was the first time I did an engagement session where the couple’s home was the only location. A couple months ago, I photographed Kelly and Zach in their apartment, but we wrapped up the session at Folsom Lake. With Stacey and Jeffrey, however, we spent the entire session in their home in the San Francisco Bay Area, and it was perfect! Stacey and Jeffrey are both tech designers, so I knew their home would be adorable. Stacey is also a fashion blogger (@staceyannloves on Instagram) and I love her clean style.

Can we talk about how awesome their little dining nook is? I LOVE those fur covered chairs and all that crisp white against the blue walls. It was the perfect place for them to do one of their favorite activities… eat ice cream together! Jeffrey is a die-hard Ben and Jerry’s fan, but he still stole a few bites of Stacey’s lactose-free ice cream 😉

Stacey and Jeffrey are both huge dog lovers, but they also love traveling. (They actually just had their wedding in Puglia!) Since they aren’t ready to commit to having their own dog yet, they often dog-sit for people who are traveling! Totally by chance, they were dog sitting for the sweetest golden retriever, Charlie, during the session. He was the perfect addition!

We spent the session doing some of Stacey and Jeffrey’s day-to-day activities, like cuddling on the couch, reading in bed, and eating ice cream. They even pulled out a guitar and had a mini-jam session. There are actually SO MANY photos from this at home engagement that I need to split them up into two blog posts, haha. Keep an eye out for the second half soon <3
